The owners of this special house had a very good idea of what they wanted, coming to us with a pretty well formed sketch-up model. It required us to work with them to refine the design, complete the drawings and submit the design for consent. We also needed to apply for a resource consent for an oversized floor plan. It features some really great features, an internal courtyard, very large skylights and an oversized garage.
