Designing a home for a builder is always a great experience - they know what they want, and definitely what they don't. This home features all those little extras that don't cost the earth - scissor trusses, skylights, under-tile heating, inbuilt joinery, ducted heating. The design covenants for the subdivision were quite prescriptive, so designing with those in mind determined the exterior aesthetics.
